As I reflect on and archive the successes and failures of the past 30 years, both as an individual and as part of a community, I've realized how many amazing initiatives and ideas we've built have vanished, often due to tragic circumstances or lack of resources. Despite this, I remain hopeful and ready to start again yet this time as a proud Syrian-Canadian professional with many expertise, including Change Management. I am proud to work alongside a strong circle of resilient professionals.
